bring (v. 带来，拿来)：指从别处把某人或某物带到说话人所在或所说之处。
fetch (v. [尤英]（去）拿来)：指去取了某物或带上某人再返回原处，即一往一返，相当于 go and bring，但有时也可说 go and fetch，意思和 fetch 并无不同。在美国英语中，只有讲到狗去拿什么东西时才用 fetch。
get (v. 带来，去拿)：指从别处带来或拿来，常可与 fetch 换用，但语气较随便，多用于口语。
take (v. 带去，拿去)：指从说话人所在或所说之处把某人或某物带走，侧重方向而非方式，与 bring 的方向正相反。
